The Magic of Meraaki Kitchen’s Menu
Meraaki means,
labour of love in Greek. Meraaki Kitchen one of the best restaurants in Jaipur is truly a labor of love and passion
of Ms. Shivika Kothari, a hospitality graduate. In Meraaki Kitchen lies her
soul.
Located in the city
centre, it is one of the most unique and experimental restaurants near me. Foodlovers believe in the magic of Meraaki Kitchen’s menu which has
perfect fusion food including Thai, Burmese, and Lebanese & Indian cuisine.
Though the menu of
Meraaki Kitchen is simple yet it is experimental. It serves basic dishes with a
little twist, fusion and the perfect artwork. It is the only restaurant in
India which serves under the category of a small plate and large plate. Isn’t
it amazing that we can order according to our appetite? Brunch and Desserts are
also the categories to forward.
The regular sounding
food items here are served with a twist! So a Pizza becomes Naaniza. Dahi
Papadi becomes Wasabi Dahi Papadi and Sev Puri gets Mexican with Sev Puri
Tacos! You can also relish some fusion food Sarso Saag Galouti, Samosa Thouk,
and Kadhi Chawal Risotto to name a few. We have listed down some of our
favourites from the menu of our favourite restaurant in Jaipur.
Sushi
Sushi is Meraaki Kitchen is our all-time favourite. Served in pieces, you
can order it no. of 8, 12 and 16 according to appetite. If you are confused
about which one to order, close your eyes and put a finger on anyone, every
sushi on the menu is irresistible.
Biryani
Arancini
Served on a marble
tray, cheese-stuffed biryani balls looks tempting and taste better. This form
of cheesy biryani along with the achari mayo made it irresistible. The flavours
were balanced and the taste was delectable. Must try, when you are at Meraaki Kitchen.
Papdi
Chaat
It is one of the
masterpieces on the menu of the best restaurant in Jaipur.
Keeping the basics the same, the molecular gastronomy on the plate melts in the
mouth. Papdi served with aloo masala and chutney foam is a one of its kind chaats.
Vada
Pao Sliders
Vada Pao in the
slider form is served along with a green chilli on top and spicy peanut chutney
to go with it. The vada pao sliders at Meraaki Kitchen will wake up your taste
buds.
Tornado
Fries
Popular street food
of South East Asia, these spiral potatoes are fried to perfection and seasoned
with in house spices. These crispy, curly fries will win your heart.
Khaosuey
A Burmese inspired
noodle is served with an array of contrasting condiments at Meraaki Kitchen.
Warm noodle curry with the flavour of coconut milk is to die for.
Meraaki Kitchen
houses some of the most lip-smacking dishes. The desserts and drinks are even
better. Gooey Brownie with magnum ice cream, gems, and crumble is a must-try.
It had a balanced taste enhancing the entire experience. Every dish at Meraaki
Kitchen is magic in itself.
